we just wanted to let you know that at urban earth, sustainability is the goal. we strive to create sustainable products, which means that they need to last!
if your item purchased from urban earth in 2023 and onward to present day has any damages outside of normal wear and tear (i.e. water corrosion, breakage, etc.) we would love to get in contact so that your item can be repaired or replaced. returns or exchanges can be made with a receipt or proof of purchase, or we can collaborate in up-cycling your item if possible! it's important that we shift our perspective towards repairing and giving new life to old items, so that we can reduce our waste and make the planet a better place.
